me suscribi al plan familiar pero me cragaron el plan individual.

me suscribi al plan familiar pero me cragaron el plan individual.

El dia 17 de Octubre me suscribi al plan familiar, pero en mi tarjeta se crago $115 del plan individual, pero lugo lo cambie, pero no me han cargado la diferencia. Y tambien en mi facturas aparecen los $115, y nos hanllegado correos en los que dice hay un probelema relacionado con el pago del plan familiar.

Hi there,

 

Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

 

If you're not sure which plan you're on, you can check what is says on your Account Page under Your Plan. If you're on the Family plan, you should be able to see Manage your family accounts on the account page.

 

If you think that you might have multiple accounts, one with Premium Family and one with Premium individual, you can follow the steps in this support article to find your other account and cancel the unwanted subscription.
