migration from duo plan to family plan

My Question or Issue

Hello, I can not see an option to make the upgrade to family plan (my current plan - duo)

In account options in available plans section  I can only choose "spotify free" option.

Its a bit confusing. Should I quit from premium and then start from free plan and than go straight to family?

I'll be happy to help.

Since you're not seeing an option to switch directly to Premium Family, I'd recommend canceling your current subscription (Premium Duo), wait for your account to revert to Free, then upgrade to Premium Family.
