money subsciption problems

So I did the 3 month trial, and then afterwards I canceled my subscription a day late so they charged me 10 bucks for it. I tried to contact them and let them know that it was a mistake amd I would like a refund, but there is no way to cantact directly so far from what I know, and this is the sight closest to what I can get to help. Any ideas?
