my partner can't access our duo plan

I have subscribed to a duo plan in June, but despite giving the same address, my partner was never able to access that plan. This means that since June I'm paying for a duo plan but only one person (me) has access to it. Grateful for any help. Thanks!

Why is your partner unable to access the Premium Duo plan? Are they seeing any error messages? If so, which one(s)?
