my premium gift card isnt redeeming

My Question or Issue

Hello, i just bought a $30 spotify premium gift card and i try putting in the pin so i could redeem the card,

however, it isnt working whenever i put it in. i tried changing up some of the numbers/letters as well to see if it could work but it isn’t still. what do i do? i’m not sure what i can do to fix this.

Could you try redeeming your gift card here using a different browser or private window?
