my sotify gift card wont work

My Question or Issue

i have bought a spotify gift card from a machine from a very well known company in bahrain which lets you get gift cards and pay bills but when i try and redeem it shows up with a error code so i read the back and it says 

visit the spotify website and click the menu icon

click on redeem 

enter PIN  CODE and postal code "and then they give you a postal code to use"

confirm the redemption 

your code is now redeemed 

well idk were to write the postal code and i have searched everywhere please help i have beeen trying to buy spotify premium for a long time but just couldnt because of hard it is
