my spotify premium won't link to my hulu

when i try to log back into my hulu it says "resubscribe" even though I paid for the spotify/ hulu bundle. I tried to link them but it is still showing "resubscribe"

Did you have another Hulu account linked to Spotify previously? Keep in mind that If you disconnect your Hulu and Spotify accounts, your subscription will automatically switch to Premium. In any case, feel free to send over a screenshot which shows how things look on your end so we can get a clear understanding of the situation.
