my subscription says premium with hulu but I can't connect

my subscription says premium with hulu but I can't connect

My plan is called Premium with Hulu and I am based in USA.

However I can't connect with Hulu. There is a massive button that says activate in my account. I have tried many times over the last couple of years and it never worked.


Why do I have a plan that includes Hulu and a button that asks me to activate it in the MAIN PAGE and I can't have it?

Well I do understand the article I do not understand why I still have as
you can see in my pictures attached an account that says hulu is included
and a massive button in a top banner with activate your hulu account.

If hulu is not available anymore, every option should have been taken out
and my subscription should not state that I have it.

If you are hugely advertising me that I have it and saying it in my account
and you do not provide it, that is a problem.

Can you please try to access the link using a Private/Incognito Window?


If that doesn't do the trick and you already have Premium, I suggest you to end your subscription, wait until your account reverts back to free and then resubscribe again.

I tried the incognito window. It did not work.
If I end my subscription I won't be eligible anymore... so that is not a
solution neither.
I am eligible as it is right now it is just not letting me access it.

Thanks for getting back to us, and apologies for the confusion - there's no need to cancel your subscription 🙂 


Do you mind heading to your account overview page here and checking to see if there's a Your services menu in the left sidebar? If so, you should see the option to activate your Hulu subscription from there.
