new account and premium not working

new account and premium not working

I just got a new account because I had to change and they “transferred” my playlist over but I can’t even control it, plus I had to add my payment info and that’s not working either it says I already have it but when I go on my account I don’t have it.. I’m lost and confused can someone play explain to me

Hey @Jestina,


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
