no 60 days??

no 60 days??

I started my subscription and it only gave me 30 days instead of the advertised 60, is this a bug? help please

Hey @brinoflaggin,

 

Can you provide some more details, please

 

  • Did you buy a prepaid card?
  • Did you pay online with your credit card or PayPal?
  • Did you subscribe via a third party? (Mobile service provider for example)
  • Are you sure when you checked out that you were purchasing 60 days?

Hi I have the same issue I wanted the 60 days free but it only gave me the 30 days.

Apologies for the delay! Can I confirm what countries you are currently residing in? The offer is available in only select countries!

I used a Visa card and I live in the USA, I did it on the website after clicking on the 60 day promo

Hey guys,

 

If you only got 30 days instead of 60, you can contact Spotify Support and they will get you sorted. 

 

Also be aware that if you didn't go to the Valentines Day promotion page to sign up and if you signed up through the normal premium page, then you won't have been able to receive the promotion.
