My Question or Issue

Hello! 

 

im starting to become desperate because I cant get into my premium account anymore on my new cellphone. I already tried all my passawords and usernames/ different accounts but nothing works. I keep on paying for premium but keep on staying signed up for free spotify. What I can I do??!!! I cant even cancel premium because cant sign in!! could I just cancel the automatic payment via my bank? because if I create a new account I will keep on paying for the other premium account.....

It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out this Support article for more info.
