My Question or Issue

I checked my account for any subscription or the receipts related to that but did not find any. But I am being charged 9.99 CAD every month. How do i cancel that ?

Could you try going to your account home page, and let me know what your subscription status is? If it says Free, please try finding any other accounts you may have with Premium here.
