not letting me get premium

i made a free account and i'm trying to subsrcibe to premium. i've entered my card on two different devices maybe 8274837 times and all it says is "something went wrong". i've reset my devices, signed out and in etc. it's no issue with my card because i've made other purchases since this situation. not understanding what the issue is. i'm just trying to get premium.

We'd recommend starting off by giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser.

 

If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.
