My Question or Issue

I thought i had sufficient load balance so I've tried to avail the three months trial on Spotify through load balance as payment method. turns out my balance was 0 but the message still says:

Spotify: You have been successfully charged with 0.00. Ref No. :<snip - moderator edit> To unsubscribe, go to www.spotify.com.

When i tried to avail again with enough balance this time it said payment method failed and try again with other. So i tried with other but it says ive "already tried the trial" but i didnt even pay?? and I'm not even premium. 

please help me i dont know what to do i just want to avail premium.

Keep in mind that you won't be able to take advantage of any trial if you've already had Premium in the past. If this is not the case, you can try reaching out to our Support team here so they can check your account and explain what happened if possible.
