My Question or Issue

I have been offered 2 months of premium duo for the price i pay for my individual membership, I signed up and got my partner on my membership so now i have duo. I signed up for this on the 22nd of august and today i recieve an email saying i will pay full price premium duo starting the 3rd sept?... this isnt 2 months?
