I used to have a Swedish account 5 years ago, then I moved to the Uk and added a British Uk card. Now I’m back in Sweden and added my Swedish details and now the account has gone back to my old old playlists?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!
It sounds like you have two Spotify accounts, one registered in the UK and one in Sweden. Not to worry though, we'd first recommend following the steps here to locate your second account.
Keep in mind that if your British account was also on Premium, you may need to cancel that subscription. Further, to avoid confusion, you can follow the steps here to close the account you don't wish to keep.
If you have playlists on your second account you wish to keep, you can follow the steps below to transfer them to your remaining account:
