over op duo abonnement maar nog steeds 2 rekeningen

over op duo abonnement maar nog steeds 2 rekeningen

Heb sinds een paar maanden een duo abonnement afgesloten. Mijn dochter had al een premium abonnement en ik heb haar uitgenodigd om lid te worden van mijn duo abonnement. Dit is geaccepteerd en als ik in mijn duo abonnement staan we ook beide als lid.

toch krijg ik nog steeds 2x per maand een rekening. 1 keer voor premiumabonnement en 1x voor duo abonnement. Hoe los ik dit op?

(Heb nagelopen of haar abonnement via een andere weg dan spotify zelf is afgesloten maar dat is niet zo)

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. Check your receipts page and make sure that this isn't just a case of some payment getting billed later than expected and thus creating the illusion that you were charged twice in the same month. If you have actually paid twice, then consider checking if you have a second account, where you still have an active subscription. If you still cannot find the source of the extra payments, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.
