paid monthly subscription but songs won’t play when off wifi

i paid my monthly subscription on the 6th of april but my music will not play when im not around wifi

Could you let us know what mobile device you currently have and what its OS version is?

We'd also advise checking your Audio Quality Settings from the Spotify Settings Menu.
(Settings -> Audio Quality -> Cellular Streaming)
If you do need further assistance, we'd appreciate a screenshot of your Audio Settings menu.
