Hi guys! i paid via BDO and dragonpay. After the payment, it says that it is succesful, but shouldn’t it be updated automatically in the application? i’m still using the free version. i’m quite confused:( What to do please help.

Hey @khaye12345,


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
