payment doesn't work

hi, I would like to have a premium account again but my credit card is not accepted. I always get the same message (in german: ups, dein zahlungsanbieter scheint einen schlechten tag zu haben ... ) but my credit card is fine, I just called them. what is the problem? before I paid through my phone bill (salt) but now I downgraded my contract to prepaid as I'm currently abroad in belgium and they also deleted spotify. the country of my account is switzerland and so is my credit card.

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.
