I was in a bad car accident, my attorney recommended canceling the cards I had on me as my clothes were removed in hospital. I was recovering when I realized my payment got declined, I paid for family account with new card, but all our accounts are down, we've logged in and out no luck annoying adds etc, how do I fix this

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We hope you don't mind us moving your post from the Chats section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.

 

If the payment was declined and the account was reverted back to free, all other members were removed as the plan was no longer active. In this case, if you've already resubscribed to Premium Family, the plan will start from the beginning and you'll need to invite the other users to join again. You can do it by following the steps mentioned in this article

 

Note: Plan members can only change plans once every 12 months.
