My Question or Issue

Hello. I use my Plutus account to pay for the family account and got an error saying that the country and account do not match. 

I used Tunnel Bear to change my location to Lithuania and it worked to get the family plan by now. But, as the old physical cards are deleted, I can not update the payment method, even if I used the vpn again to Lithuania!

Any ideas?

Please keep in mind that any kind of VPN/Proxy is not supported by Spotify 🙂 In which country are you currently located?
