payment not successfull - request to update payment details

My Question or Issue

Hi, I received a message stating that the most recent payment for Premium was not successfull, followed by a request to update payment details. I've checked in my profile and my credit card number is up to date - should I fill the payment details once again anyway? Or is it some kind of a technical bug?

Could you try updating your payment details using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, please let me know what error message is being displayed.
