my dad paid spotify on saturday night and my premium was cancelled yesterday because we pay this with a bank slip, but until now my spotify says it’s still a free account not a premium. Please help

Could you clarify what you mean by Bank Slip?

Also, if your subscription isn't working, could you try a quick log out/in to see if that makes a difference? If that doesn't work, could you try following these steps to see if dthat helps?

I would check to see if the transaction actually processed, if not then I would make sure there were sufficient funds for it and try again, also I’m not sure what you mean by bank slip, I reccomend using your credit/debit card, if you were unfairly charged I’d take it up with the Spotify help center.
