My Question or Issue

im being premium for a long time, but just now i start a premium familiar plan, and i have 12.000 chilean pesos in my bank account and they discount me 5000 chilean pesos, and i didnt even put my card in the payment process, so can someone explain me why spotify sustract me money from my bank account, a family member already pay this family plan and they took my money anyways i dont know how and what they do this to me. who is gonna give me the money back, this is not okay i was going to use that money and now i cant cuz of this problem

I guess the first thing you should check is your account, more precisely the receipts.

 

Just click on the link bellow and go to receipts to see the payment history. This might clear things up, as you'll be able to see what was the payment method and the amount paid for each past month.
