je viens de souscrire à l'abonnement duo avec ma fille nous avons la même adresse mais elle a toujours des publicités comme avec la version gratuite?

Could you let us know if your daughter gets ads while listening to music or podcasts (that contain music)? 

Note that while Spotify doesn’t play ads that interrupt the music listening experience of Premium subscribers, some podcasts may include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages.

On another note, it's a good idea to ask her to go to her account page to double check if she has accepted the invitation and completed the verification process successfully. Under "Your Plan" she should see "Premium Duo". If that's not what she's seeing but you know you've activated the subscription,  it means that she might be logged into another account. Can you ask her to try locating the other account with the steps here?
