i want to get spotify premium but i don't have a credit card or a pay pal only itunes money and i want to pay for spotify through that, how do i? i don't care if it's 12.99 i just want premium

I understand where you're coming from. Undfortunately, iTunes is no longer a working payment method. You can learn more about this here.

You can also check the available payment methods in your country by logging into your account, locate your subscription info. Then, click "CHANGE or CANCEL", and from there you can check the available payment methods available near you.
