premium doesnt work

Hello, ordered 3 months premium subscription for €0.99. When I login I have spotify free. I have the email open where I had to activate my account. And if this doesn't do the default procedur followed, unfortunately no resultone of the below information is required. However, the more you provide the easier it will be for us to try and help.

It seems like this issue with the .99 deal for 3 months is a big community issue, I would suggest checking out this Community thread on the issue. I would suggest you post on the thread your issue and your information that they ask.
