premium family India

I recently upgraded to a premium family subscription and the money has been taken from my account but my plan is still on free of the below information is required.

i have a macbook air and iphone8. I dont know whats gone wrong. can anyone help ?

(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)

Operating System

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)
