My Question or Issue

We have premium for family and also paid for it this month (february 8th), but somehow we now have spotify free. We tried and did everything on this page [https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/I-ve-subscribed-Why-am-I-not-getting-Premium/ta-p/1...], but still no premium. Please help!

Trying out the suggestions from the page is a great first attempt to see what the case could be. 

 

If you've checked and are sure you don't have any other accounts, maybe the payment didn't go through successfully. 

 

Bear in mind that when you submit a payment, your bank puts the funds aside as ‘pending’. If your Spotify payment is marked as 'pending' on your bank statement, this is what might have happened. If the payment fails, the pending status will expire and the funds will be returned to you.
