tried contacting rogers, its fine on there end they told to contact spotify for further help. They told me my account is still pending on spotify but i have no idea where to begin with trying to fix this problem. recenlty had phones turned off which stopped the spotify premium but i have the phones back on and not i cant access the premium when its telling me my premium expires april 2018.
It'd be best if you reach out to Rogers to confirm the email address on the account that's Premium through them. Once you have this info, see if it coincides with what you see when you log into your Account Overview.
