premium offer problem

Hi,

I would like to make use of the re-engagement offer (3 months for 9.99) it says its available to users who were past premium users.

I got rid of premium sometime late 2016 as i changed phone providers and my spotify was included with my plan.

I have been getting the ads for this promotion, however, everytime I click on it the only offer available is the 3 months for 0.99, which it says I am not elegible for since i have been a premium user in the past.

The only other options in the drop down are the student offer, and the family offer.

Does anyone know how I can make use of this promotion as it runs out soon?

Hey @Kron1!

This offer is only available to users who haven't tried Premium before, so you won't be able to get it if you've had a Premium subscription before.

If that's not the case, try using an incognito window or a different browser. Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing fixes this issue.
