premium subscription not activated

I went to pay for spotify premium but after that i'm still on spotify free. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, loggin in and logging out but still there are no changes. i retried the process but I was charged again. Please help.

If you were already charged, but you're unable to see the Premium features, it's possible that you accessed a second Free account. In this case, we'd like you to try to log out one more time and access again with the username of the account that you used to subscribe. If you subscribed with an account created through Facebook, make sure to use your Facebook details when you log in.

Keep in mind that if you paid in cash, it can take some time for the service to be active in your account.
