My Question or Issue

today I upgraded my premium account to the family but it's still showing normal premium account family is not active payment is done my normal premium account date extended but family is not here what I to I have a receipt of family u can see that in the picture that my account is still just premium family option is not available

thanks for reaching out to the community !

 

If you have recently upgraded your account to Premium Family, you'll be able to view your current subscription status here.

 

However, it is possible for some users to accidentally create more than one account and to upgrade the wrong one.

In order to eliminate this option, please use this support page to locate all the accounts listed with your details.

 

Hope this'll track the issue.

No I checked it out it's not the problem I checked the other account but
they are not upgraded into family thannks for replying

Could you please visit the same page you visited for your current status and check the "Receipts" tab to see that you upgraded successfully to the Premium Family plan ?

 

Please post any screenshot you can indicating that you're indeed subscribed to the plan and make sure to hide any sensitive info when posting.

thanks for your cooperation!

 

As you were able to provide a screenshot stating that the upgrading went succesfuly, i tend to believe that this is a sync issue.

 

Meaning that your upgrading action may have not been applied on your account yet.

Therefore, please let try a clean reinstall (a bit different than the usual) using the steps provided here.

 

This will solve any syncing issue you may have.

One more thing i would like you to do is to reach out to your payment method provider so they can double-check and help in case the subscription cost was charged despite the related transaction being pending or not fully completed.
