my payment for individual was due at 29/09/21 so i went on the website to pay at 27/09/21 and decided to get premium duo. I payed for the duo but i cant access the duo's features and on my account page it still shows premium plan. Also on my account page it doesnt show change plan and i am not connected through a partner i did it by myself by my card

Try logging out and back in. In some cases it might take some time for your account information to update.

 

Let us know if you still see your account on Premium Individual after some time.

thank you so much it worked !

 

I have the same problem. Last night I paid for Duo, but this morning I still cannot access the screen that would direct me to provide my address let alone invite my husband. I just keep getting this error message and neither the try again nor the help button work. 

 

I've tried the log out route and the incognito browser route, but nothing seems to work.

Hey @marcyjmurli,

If you've paid for Duo but still don't have access to its functionalities, it'd be best if you contacted our customer support guys, as they can provide you with relevant information about what has happened here.
We can't quite do this from the Community.
