My Question or Issue

I made a Family plan, and everybody introduce the ZIP code, but all my family was kicked out except me.

What happend?

Hope you’re doing great!

 

Could you try reinviting those people again? Also, please make sure your address was the same at first, and that everyone resides at the same address as you.

Hi,

We try it but it doesn't work...

Since we do the family plan, all together put the same location data...

Could you help us?
