problem with gift premium

I ve a premium family subscription. I've tried to gift a premium (1 month) to a friend of mine (spotify free account) but the payment failed and an error message appeared "you are premium family...can't change your status...etc...). But I DO NOT WANT premium for me but for a friend...I've also indicated her name and email in the form before to pay!! Can you help me please?

We suggest you purchase an e-card for them here. Keep in mind that e-cards aren't available in every region. 

Also, the user you're going to gift the e-card to needs to be in the same country as you.
