hi,

I had baner with "3 months for only 19,99zł" and when I pay for that... I have only 1 month premium... what the f*ck? and I can't cancel that for take my money back... can support help me?

Thanks for letting me know.

Since you've used the DotPay payment method, you've only received one month of regular Premium instead of the 3 months Premium offer.

This is because DotPay is a non-recurring payment method and the offer can only be claimed when using a recurring payment method (e.g. Credit Card, PayPal).

Your account will revert back to free automatically once the month of regular Premium is over.
