Hola cuando quiero contratar Spotify con mi tarjeta de credito aparece el siguiente cartel,

• Ups, parece que tu tarjeta o proveedor de pago están teniendo un mal día. No te preocupes, no se ha cargado ningún pago. Inténtalo de nuevo o usa otro método de pago. 

Que tengo que hacer para poder acceder a Spotify Premium?

Please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.

Also, you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.
