"Insufficient credit on my prepaid card"

Whenever i enter the pin number to validate my subscription of 129 pesos for 3 months, a red notification pops indicating that i do not have enough credit on my prepaid card when i actually dooo have enough credit. What can i do so that i can still avail the subscription before it ends in 24 hours? Need help!

Right now, all purchases made using your prepaid balance or bill will be charged with additional 12% VAT. This means the final price for Spotify Premium service would be ₱144.48.

I have the same problem.. At first I loaded 130 pesos to be exact and it kept on saying " insuffcient prepaid...." so I added 30 pesos load and still I can't upgrade to premium 😞
