I've been using spotify premium for about two years now which came free with my phone plan. Now that my two free years are up I'm trying to enter my card information to continue my spotify premium membership, but i keep getting the same error message no matter which card I use, or which device I try to enter it in on. (Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day.) I use my visa for my netflix account and a few other things so I know there isnt an issue with my card. Any help would be greatly appreicated  - if i can't figure this out I may be forced to switch to apple music.

Hey @MattPiccolo

 

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.
 
Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
