We'd recommend to check the code’s characters and try different combinations after 24 hours again. Sometimes a zero looks like an O, or a capital ‘i’ looks like a lowercase L. It's best if you use an incognito window or a different device.

In case you're still experiencing issues, as @Rohdot suggested - contact our Customer Support folks, as they can take a closer look into the matter and do their best to help you redeem the gift card.
