My Question or Issue

hello everyone, having some trouble renewing my premium family subscription after cancelling it mistakenly a few days ago. When I go to the subscription page under family and click "cancel or change" and then try to "renew" I get a message that says "We're sorry, but it seems you've cancelled your family plan membership. You can still register for this offer by renewing your subscription." But that's just the problem, I can't seem to renew my subscription! Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you try using another browser or incognito mode? Also, can you send me a screenshot of any error messages being shown?

I’ll try using another browser when I get a chance to fire up the laptop (away from home and computer for a few days) and I don’t know what incognito mode is. 

 

Heres the new error message I get when trying to renew my family plan:
