Ma Question ou le problème

bonsoir j'ai pris l'abonnement spotify famille, j'ai inviter les membres de ma famille, les mails ont ete acceptés et basculer vers un lien de connexion spotify avec adresse mail et mot de passe sauf que le compte est toujours spotify free. De plus le code d'invitation je ne sais pas ou le mettre. je paye spotify famille pour rien mes enfants ne peuvent pas l'utiliser. j'ai regardé et fait ce qu'on me disait dans la section aide mais ca ne marche pas. je crois que je vais abandonner....

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. To start with, can you check your account page, under 'Premium for Family', to see which members have accepted, and which haven't yet? For those who haven't, make sure that they check both their inboxes and spam folders to see if the invitation ended up there.

If someone has accepted the invitation but don't see any Premium features, they may have accepted the invitation with another account. We suggest the member checks for other accounts they may have with the steps here:  https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_help/do-i-have-an-additional-account/

There's no need to use any code. Each family member accepts their invitation by just logging in on their account. Just make sure they accept from their own devices.
