I hope you don't mind if I reply in English, since it's the official language here. Feel free to reply in Spanish, though.

 

In this case it's possible that you might have a second Spotify account, and you're not logging in the right one.

 

One way to confirm it is by entering any email addresses you use into our password reset form. If there's an account associated with it, Spotify will let you know in your email inbox.

 

Tip: you can look for an email with the subject “Reset your password” and then follow the steps to recover your account.
