My Question or Issue

 

soooo im 13 and i signed up with a random email. it was like *snip* or something. (THATS NOT ACTUALLY IT)

i might of messed up too much already because i didn't save the email before i changed it but i bought premium with it linked to that. it sent the receipt to that and i'm really scared because if it has my mom's credit card info she's gonna kill me. i already had an anxiety & panic attack. plz help and send the receipt again to my new email

For this particular case, I would encourage you to reach out to support through the anonymous contact form. So long as you are entirely logged out of Spotify.com (alternatively, you can access the form through an incognito window/private browsing) the form will allow you to use an email of your choosing for correspondence. Please ensure that this is an email that has not been compromised and that you still have access to it!

About the credit card info, don't worry as Spotify never reveals all it's details, you'll only be emailed with just some numbers of the credit card, the rest is safe, just as shown in your Spotify account page.
