spotify doesn't allow me to pay for premium

Spotify doesn't allow me to pay for Premium since I change countries frequently while the card I usually pay with is attached to one.
I have to change region in settings every time I change country, because Spotify blocks access to the music if I don't

Thanks for coming to the Community. 

That's right, you can only subscribe to Premium using a payment method that's been issued in the same country you're in. 🙂

When using the free service, you can use Spotify in a different country or region for up to 14 days. After 14 days, you'll need to update your country setting on your Account Overview to continue using Spotify.

Once you're back in the country where your payment method was issued, you should be able to subscribe to Premium 🙂
