i had canceled my account 10 days ago and it’s still charged me for the month i don’t know why plz give me refund

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We moved your post from Chats to the help boards as its content fits better here.

 

When you cancel a subscription, the system will remove the recurrent payment to avoid a new charge. This means that, when the premium expires and a new payment needs to be taken, the system will change the account back to free instead of taking a charge.

 

However, if you receive a charge after the cancelation, most likely your card is registered on a different account (maybe by mistake). But not to worry, if the charge was less than 14 days ago, and fulfill some other requirements, you can ask for a refund.

 

Since we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support so they can look for the charge and apply the compensation if possible.
