spotify me hiso el cobro y no tengo premium

Hola! me podrian ayudar? en mi telefono tenia spotify premium. el dia 9 de enero se me realizo el cobro del plan premium, hace dos dias mi telefono de la nada dejo de funcionar y al instalar spotify en el nuevo telefono no me aparece mi cuenta premium y me aparecen canciones que guarde por ultima vez en julio de 2023. alguienpodria ayudarme?

Could you check the subscription status over at your account page? If it shows up as Premium, make sure you log in with the same email address in the app as the one that's displayed on the account page.
 

It's also worth logging out from the app and then logging back in again, as this action will resync the account info. Just make sure to enter your login details manually when logging back in.

If your subscription status on the account page shows up as free, and you're still not seeing the Premium features in the app, it's possible that you might have signed up to Premium using another account. In that case, I would suggest checking this page for more info and additional steps on how to locate an account.

My Question or Issue

I subscribed to premium student, and the transaction was successful, and the spotify page also confirmed that the transaction was successfully completed. But the plan hasn’t activated yet.
