spotify through apple?

spotify through apple?

Online, it says I have the "free" spotify account.  But on my phone, it says I have the premium account, and my bills are coming through apple. I can't figure out how to change my membership or cancel it even, through apple. HELP!!

Hey @kathryntaylor09 and welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

It's possible that you have more than one account and have logged in to the wrong one. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

 

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one is Premium.
